Individual Adult Therapy

About Me

I'm a registered Social Worker with a deep commitment to creating a space where you feel genuinely heard. I provide individual therapy with adults working through a variety of challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe everyone has a unique story and I aim to work with your individual experiences and goals. Before pursuing my graduate training, I worked in the community as a counsellor, working with people through some of their hardest moments. Those years shaped everything about how I practice. They also deepened my own journey of working through trauma, which became a turning point. Through my own lived experience, I developed a deep passion for trauma therapy, and it led me to complete EMDR training and weave trauma-informed care into the heart of my work. Outside of the therapy room, I like to read thrillers, bake bread, and spend time with my dog outside in nature.

How can I help?

Discover your path to well-being with personalized care, compassionate guidance, and nurturing practices.

Anxiety & Stress
Anxiety can show up in many forms — racing thoughts, physical tension, avoidance, or a constant sense of dread. Together we explore what's driving your anxiety, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward a calmer, more grounded way of moving through your life.
Depression & Low mood
Depression can make everything feel heavy and distant — even the things that used to bring you joy. Therapy offers a space to be honest about your experience without judgment. We work gently and collaboratively to understand what's underneath, and to rebuild a life that feels worth living.
Life Transitions
Major life changes can unsettle our sense of identity and direction. Whether you're navigating a career shift, a relationship ending, a move, or simply a season of feeling lost, therapy helps you process the change and reconnect with what matters most.
Trauma
Trauma can leave a lasting imprint on the mind and body — showing up as flashbacks, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, or a persistent sense of unsafety. I offer trauma-informed therapy including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a well-researched approach that helps the brain process distressing memories and reduce their emotional charge. Healing is possible, and it happens at your pace.
Relationship Patterns
Our earliest relationships leave a lasting imprint on how we connect with others. If you find yourself repeating the same patterns in friendships, romantic relationships, or at work, therapy can help you understand where those patterns come from and how to change them.
